Cold Front

Hello peeps,

Well its been really cold lately. I've been working a few days a week in 5 degree weather. Its ridiculous. Glad I left printing for construction. But the light is @ the end of the tunnel. Some good projects are coming up. So me happy. Been gym climbing a fair bit. Trying to get back into bouldering shape. It takes along time for your body to contort to bouldering power. But it is slowly happening. Man I'm ready for spring.

Casey and Isabella are doing well, but we are all doing overtime, between daycare, school, and both of us working, HELLO. Any day or night we have together is wonderful. AAhhh the holidays, I must admit, not really a fan. Seems like alot of over consumption. Don't tell Casey that, she loves this stuff.

So Happy Holidays to all, and to all a good %$$%&* night. See you Jan. 2. When it all get s back to normal.

Momma keeps us all happy and full. And I think she was yelling at us at that moment. Everyone is doing well, we're hoping for a warm November, so we can get out and play.

little hike to Green Mtn.

I got snowed out of work on Mon., Tues.? I drove above Boulder to Green Mountain. Beautiful Day, Although everything was fairly wet. But an enjoyable day. Seems like there could be some more development there. The hike keeps the crowds away.

Ruper

The classic Ruper, new goal, many, many pitches, in a day. Really fun to do in eldo, you can get up in the air pretty guick.

Bouldering with my daughter.

Late day Friday I decided to go to Eldo for a little bouldering. I was w/ Isabella, so The Gill boulder on the far west end of the park would be perfect. As I warmed up, Isabella wanted nothing to do w/ being strapped in to her car seat. So I picked her up out of her car seat and stood her up next to the boulder. WOW. Kids love this stuff. Climbing really does come naturally. As a 1 year old she got it. Or I think she got it...

Been along time since i've posted anything, duh. Although I was climbing a fair amount, then took a vaca tp upstate Michigan. HELLO. Lots of fishing, drinking and smoking cigs, yes you can smoke cigs in the bars there, terrible for your health, great for personel decision.

I'll post some footage of some vid I took up at Bell Buttress. Going to the Ghetto today, get some fitness back, then back to Bell for a few sessions, then Eldo should be coming into season. Really want to tick off some of the classics that have thwarted me in the past. Stay tuned for more exciting RockyPhotos.

Easter Rock W/ the kids from neptunes

Great day @ easter rock, trying the traditional routes... Well not really trying, Greg Miller and Lucas Hill crushed an old Dan Hare route called Rain Shadow, 12.b. So cool. Testament to Dan Hare, this is a excellent route, good gear an real bouldery, dam cool for mid 80's.
