It's been a while...

Isabella and the dreaded pirate hook, AAAARRRGGG.

Alot is happening, the biggest being Casey and I will be tying the knot. Very excited for our family to be legit and happy. Isabella is growing like a weed, in more ways than one. We have conversation, and she is able to let me know her feelings, which makes things less frustrating for her, and her parents.

My shoulder is getting stronger, and less painful every week. Hoping for a great Spring, it has kicked off quite nice with some great Weekends in Eldo, bought myself some gear and that his been a blast, and a rope that may actually hold a fall. My old rope people feared like the plague. I'll upload some pics soon, and if anyone actually read this, thanks for visiting, and I hope to update once a week as the weather is getting better, and so many great things to come.

Well, I did it again. I got back into bouldering, and within two weeks of trying to get into bouldering shape, I tore my rotator cuff. Super loud this time. And of course it was in a gym. So my trip to Hueco, first time in like 8 years is probably done.

But, I'm not that bummed out. I know now that I have to be quite cognitive of my overall health. So I am grateful for the opportunity to get in all around better shape. I may go see a doctor. But for now ice, and running. And that is what I am going to do right now.

Isabella and Casey are doing well, I have to make double sure I don't project this injury omn them. Till next time, WARM UP FIRST!!!!

Vedaowoo Weekend

Had a great little trip to vedaowoo a couple of weeks ago. That place is the great equalizer. I don't care how hard you climb, 5.11 is dam hard there. Oh yeah and the closest ego is in Boulder, HAHAHA...
